If the competitor’s everyday price is lower than ours, we will reduce the price of our product to be 10% lower than the competitor’s every day list price. If you find a lower price within 7 days of purchasing any of our Secure brand products we will issue a credit memo for the products you purchased in accordance with our low price guarantee upon verification. Any price given as a result of this guarantee will be in effect for a minimum of one year.
- Our price guarantee is valid only on comparable fall management products.
- PSC reserves the right to verify another competitor’s availability and price prior to honoring the price match guarantee.
- The lower price must be accurate and on another competitor’s current price list at the time PSC matches the price.
- Available rebates, multiple unit pricing discounts or special offers do not count towards the low price guarantee.
- Shipping & handling charges are included as part of our low price guarantee.
- Please make certain you are comparing the product cost and the shipping and handling costs when comparing our price versus a competitive offering.
- If our competitor requires multiple unit purchases or limits the quantity you may purchase, PSC will do the same.
- PSC will not price match products being sold as close-outs, overstocks, or any other such special offer.
- We reserve the right to change this policy without notice.

- issue a refund to your credit card for any credit card purchase
- cancel the invoice in the case of a purchase made by a nursing home or hospital
